	Bilan général
	Bilan odontologique avec orthopantomogramme et remise en état dentaire
	Examen ORL (nasofibroscope)
	Examen scanographique cervico-facial et thoraco-hépatique
A discuter :
	Panendoscopie à envisager au cas par cas (habitus, âge)
	Echographie cervicale +/- ponction (patient obèse - cou court)
	Morpho TEP sur avis RCP.
